LERA LYNN'S "BOBBY, BABY" WINS MERLEFEST CONTEST

We are pleased to announce that Lera Lynn is an official winner of the 2011 Chris Austin Songwriting Contest hosted by Merlefest in Wilkesboro, NC. In addition to the contest performance, Lera had the opportunity to play her winning song, "Bobby, Baby," between headlining sets on the Cabin Stage. The response has been overwhelmingly positive and she is extremely grateful to have had this door-opening opportunity. Past winners include Gillian Welch, Tift Merritt, and several other notable songwriters.
